Swix Pro PS10 Yellow +10 / -0 is a hard glide wax in the Swix Performance Speed series for ski trips, training, base prep, and racing in the temperature range +10 / -0 °C.
Soft hot wax that is easy to work with: PS10 is the easy-to-use hot wax for ski trips, training, and base preparation. For longer sessions, we often apply a harder wax underneath so the soft yellow wax lasts better.
Suitable for
- Warm and humid conditions.
- Wet, transformed, or fine-grained snow.
- Cross-country skis, alpine skis, and snowboards.
How to use the wax
- Set the waxing iron to 120 °C.
- Melt the wax in evenly. One continuous pass over a skate or alpine ski should take about 8-10 seconds.
- Let the ski cool to room temperature.
- For better durability, the wax can be reheated after about 10 minutes of cooling.
- Scrape with a sharp plexi scraper and brush out the base structure thoroughly.
