What does it cost to shop at skidvalla.se?
With us, you can always shop with free shipping if you purchase over 499:-! The price is specified for each shipping method at checkout. If it says 0 SEK, we deliver your package for free.

There are no additional charges such as invoice or credit card fees when you shop at skidvalla.se. However, there are payment options with Klarna where fees may apply, such as installment payments or delayed payments.
Where is my package?
Orders of stocked items made on weekdays are usually shipped from us the same day or at the latest the following weekday.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation to your email address. This includes a tracking ID/shipment number that you can use to track your shipment. You can also click on the link in the delivery confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 weekdays from when it is shipped from our warehouse depending on the delivery method, but sometimes it may take a little longer. If you have waited longer than a week, contact our customer service.
Where is my invoice?
When you purchase goods from us, the invoice is sent by default to your email address. If you can't find the invoice in your email, search for emails from Klarna and also check your spam folder. If you still can't find the invoice in your email, log in to klarna.se where you can see your invoices and their payment status. Do you have confidentiality obligations?
Skidvalla.se is not covered by the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act. However, all staff, whether they have direct or indirect contact with our customers, are bound by confidentiality. This means that no one may disclose information about you, your orders, or your private situation without your consent.
I have changed my mind about my purchase, what should I do?
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. However, a condition is that the item is unused and undamaged.
Contact customer service to report a return. Skidvalla.se would like to confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the items are sent back. The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the item until it has been received by us. Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery. How do I know that my order has gone through?
As soon as you have completed your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. If you do not receive an order confirmation, contact us at customer service so we can confirm whether the order has gone through or not.
How do I stop my order if something went wrong?
If you want to stop an order or make changes to it, it is easiest if you send an email to our customer service at kontakt@skidvalla.se. Do this as soon as possible because we have fast order processing. If the package has already started being packed, we cannot make any changes or stop the order.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are solely an online store. However, you can order online and pick up the items directly from our warehouse.
Discount code, what is it?
A discount code is a combination of letters/numbers or a word that gives a discount on your order. After you enter your code and click "apply," the discount is directly deducted at checkout and the prices are adjusted. Discount codes are sometimes sent out in our newsletters. If you have a discount code, you probably know about it. Otherwise, you can skip this field. We do not distribute discount codes upon request.
I am receiving reminders to pick up a package I have already collected.
This may be because your agent forgot to register that you have picked up your package, so the information is not updated with the shipping company or with us, which then sends out reminder notices about your package. If you receive a reminder notice and have already picked up the package, you can disregard it.
Can I choose which shipping method I want my package to be sent with?
Yes, you choose yourself which shipping method your package is sent with. However, sometimes there may be limitations on which shipping methods are available when you are at the checkout, and this depends on the contents of your shopping cart. Some items may, for example, be too bulky for certain shipping services. In these cases, some shipping options will not be visible at the checkout and cannot be selected for this particular order.
