Narrow straps suit cross-country skis, while wider and more robust straps provide better support for alpine skis. Padding between the skis reduces the risk of edges and bases rubbing against each other.

Using ski straps

• Place one strap near the tip and one near the tail.
• Dry the skis and edges before fastening them together.
• Do not leave wet straps on during long-term storage.
• Check the Velcro and seams regularly.
