Swix BP88 Base Prep 180g is a fluorine-free base prep wax for saturation, protection, and base preparation of ski and snowboard bases.
Vallaboden’s storage/transport wax: BP88 is the workhorse between the soft initial saturation and a harder finishing layer. We gladly use it as a transport wax and as a simple starting point before the next training session.
Suitable for
- Transport protection for skis and snowboards.
- Base preparation before the next training session.
- Temperature range: 0 to -10 °C.
How to use the product
- Clean the base and iron in an even layer with a waxing iron.
- Let the wax cool before scraping the glide grooves, edges, and glide surface.
- Brush out the base structure with a suitable metal brush and finish with nylon.
