Vauhti Pure Race Old Snow LDR 45 g is a grip wax for classic cross-country skiing in coarse old snow and man-made snow.

LDR is an all-round grip wax for transformed snow and man-made snow. Vauhti highlights the combination of grip and glide properties, and also states that it is suitable for covering klister.

How to use the product

1. Clean the kick zone and lightly roughen it when building a new wax application.
2. Choose a base wax according to the snow type and how abrasive the track is. Let the base layer set before applying the grip wax.
3. Apply the grip wax in thin layers and smooth between layers with a synthetic cork. Adjust the number of layers according to the ski and conditions.
4. Test ski and adjust with thin layers if needed.

LDR can be used as the main wax or as an underlying hardwax in a combination. Adapt the finished wax application to the ski's camber and the snow.
