Swix TSP7 Powder -2 / -8 40g

Swix TSP7 Powder -2 / -8 40g is a hard, fluorine-free racing powder in the Swix Top Speed Powder series for cross-country skis and alpine skis.

The TSP for normal winter conditions: TSP7 is a good starting point in typical cold winter snow conditions below freezing. If you are only going to start with one TSP powder for normal winter conditions, this is often the most logical choice.

Suitable for

• Normal winter conditions below freezing.
• New, old, or man-made snow, especially clean snow.
• The temperature range in the store title is fixed: -2 / -8 °C.

How to use the product

1. Distribute an even layer of powder over the glide surface. Use enough product to reduce the risk of overheating the base.
2. You can lightly tamp the powder with the waxing iron so it stays in place when you begin ironing it in.
3. Iron in with a waxing iron at 180-200 °C. One pass over a skate ski should take about 8-10 seconds unless otherwise stated on the packaging.
4. Let the ski cool to room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
5. First scrape out the groove and then the rest of the glide surface with a sharp plexi scraper.
6. Brush with a steel or bronze brush and finish with a fine nylon brush.
