Swix Pro PS Polar Powder -14 / -32 30g is a special powder for extreme cold and abrasive snow, primarily intended as an additive to another glide wax.
Insurance against wear and base burn: PS Polar Powder is not a regular topping. We use it as an additive when man-made snow, extreme cold, or a hard surface risks wearing away the wax layer and burning the ski base.
Suitable for
- Extreme cold and fresh man-made snow.
- Increasing durability in an existing base wax or glide wax.
- Temperature range: -14 / -32 °C.
How to use the product
- Iron in the glide wax that matches the day’s temperature and snow type.
- Sprinkle PS Polar Powder over the base while the underlying wax is still warm and liquid.
- Iron the powder into the wax layer with a waxing iron at approximately 150 °C.
- Let cool, scrape, and brush as usual.
