Swix Pro HS6 Liquid Blue -4 / -12 is a liquid glide wax in the Swix High Speed series for training and racing in the temperature range -4 / -12 °C. No waxing iron is needed.
Cold liquid favorite: HS6 Liquid is our liquid favorite when it is cold but not extreme. Below -12, a hard, ironed-in wax is usually a safer choice, but within this range HS6 is fast and easy to get right. 125 ml is enough for many applications and is a great format for both training and racing.
Suitable for
- Cold conditions down to -12 °C.
- Natural and man-made snow, especially in higher humidity.
- Training and racing on cross-country skis, alpine skis, and snowboards.
How to use the wax
- Shake the bottle.
- Apply a thin layer to a felt cork and distribute the wax evenly from the ski tip to the tail.
- Let the wax dry for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
- For better durability, the wax can be worked in with roto fleece at about 1500 rpm.
- Finish with a fine nylon brush.
