Start Tar Grip Wax Blue -2 / -7 is a tar-based kick wax in a tin for cold, fine-grained fresh snow.
The most versatile blue tar wax: Blue tar wax covers many normal winter days and reduces the risk of icing compared with a can wax that is too soft.
How to use the product
- Clean and lightly roughen the kick zone when the base needs a new binder layer.
- If needed, apply a thin layer of base wax and cork it in carefully.
- Apply several thin layers of kick wax instead of one thick layer.
- Cork each layer evenly along the kick zone before applying the next layer.
- Test ski and fine-tune with a thinner layer or a nearby temperature range.
