Start Grip Wax Yellow +3 / +1 is a synthetic tin wax for older coarse-grained and damp snow.
The durable canister for spring conditions: Yellow is the soft synthetic wax for when the snow is coarse and the temperature is above freezing. Thin layers provide better glide than a thick sticky bed.
How to use the product
- Clean and lightly roughen the grip zone when the base needs a new binder layer.
- If needed, apply a thin layer of base wax and heat it in carefully.
- Apply several thin layers of grip wax instead of one thick layer.
- Cork each layer evenly along the grip zone before applying the next layer.
- Test ski and fine-tune with a thinner layer or a nearby temperature range.
