Product description
Start Grip Wax Green -5 / -10 is a synthetic tin grip wax for cold and abrasive older snow.
Hard tin wax for colder tracks: Green is harder and should be applied thinly. When properly corked, it retains glide better than a grip wax that is too soft in cold conditions.
How to use the product
- Clean and lightly roughen the kick zone when the base needs a new foundation.
- If needed, apply a thin layer of base wax and heat it in carefully.
- Apply several thin layers of grip wax instead of one thick layer.
- Cork each layer evenly along the kick zone before applying the next layer.
- Test ski and fine-tune with a thinner layer or a nearby temperature range.
