START Grip Tape Cover 0 / -20 is a cover wax applied on top of Start Grip Tape to reduce icing in cold fresh snow and falling snow.
The grip tape’s winter jacket: Cover should only be a thin protective layer over the tape. It does not need to be corked out and should not be built up like a regular hardwax application.
How to use the product
- Check that the Grip Tape is applied cleanly and evenly.
- Apply a very thin layer of Cover on top of the tape.
- Do not cork out the product.
- Test ski and apply more only if the tape is still icing.
