Sidecut Protective Gloves with Kevlar are cut-resistant tuning gloves with a lightweight Kevlar lining and a nitrile-coated exterior.
Sharp edges and bare hands are a bad combination: The gloves provide better grip and reduce the risk of cuts without removing all feel from the file and stone. They are cut-resistant, not cut-proof.
How to use the product
- Choose a size that fits snugly but does not restrict movement.
- Use the gloves when filing, deburring with a stone, sidewall work, and base repair.
- Inspect the gloves after contact with sharp edges.
- Replace them when the Kevlar or nitrile layer is damaged.
