Product description
Sidecut Diamond Stone replacement sheets are self-adhesive 100 x 25 mm diamond sheets for Sidecut’s reusable 110 mm aluminum plate.
Replace the abrasive surface - not the entire stone: When the diamond is worn out, peel off the sheet and replace it. That saves both money and the aluminum plate.
How to use the product
- Remove the worn diamond sheet from a clean Sidecut backing plate.
- Clean adhesive residue and grinding debris from the plate.
- Center the new sheet before removing the protective film completely.
- Press the sheet on evenly without air pockets.
- Allow the adhesive to bond before using the stone with water or grinding fluid.

- Dimensions: approx. 100 x 25 mm.
- Self-adhesive replacement sheets.
- Variants: 200, 400, 600 and 1000 grit.
- 200 grit - coarse removal of burrs and minor damage.
- 400 grit - all-purpose sharpening and polishing.
- 600 grit - fine polishing.
- 1000 grit - very fine final finish.
- Backing plate not included.
