Swix KX65 Red Klister +5 / +1 is a red klister for warm and wet coarse-grained snow conditions. It is used in the grip zone on classic cross-country skis.
A typical spring klister: KX65 performs at its best when the snow is coarse-grained and wet, but has not yet turned into the true slush where KX75 is needed.
Suitable for
- Moist to wet, granular and coarse-grained snow on the warm side of 0 °C.
- Spring and thaw conditions up to about +5 °C.
How to use the klister
- Roughen and clean the grip zone before you start.
- Use a thin layer of base klister in hard or abrasive conditions.
- Warm the tube in your hand and apply thin stripes on both sides of the center groove.
- Spread the klister into a thin, even layer.
- Let the ski cool before starting.
