Swix VG35 Base Binder Green -1 / -22 is a green and hard base binder for the grip zone. It is applied as a thin base layer so that the day’s kick wax stays on longer.

How to apply the base binder

1. Lightly roughen the grip zone with fine sandpaper.
2. Preferably cool the tin before application to make the wax easier to spread.
3. Apply a thin and even layer in the grip zone.
4. Heat in the base binder carefully with a waxing iron.
5. Cork the surface smooth and let the ski cool before applying the day’s kick wax.
