Swix VG35 Base Binder Green -1 / -22 is a green and hard base binder for the grip zone. It is applied as a thin base layer so that the day’s kick wax stays on longer.

- Coarse-grained and abrasive snow that quickly wears away the day’s grip wax.

How to apply the base binder
- Lightly roughen the grip zone with fine sandpaper.
- Preferably cool the tin before application to make the wax easier to spread.
- Apply a thin and even layer in the grip zone.
- Heat in the base binder carefully with a waxing iron.
- Cork the surface smooth and let the ski cool before applying the day’s kick wax.
