The Swix Compact Edger Kit is a complete 80 mm system for sharpening and maintaining side edges at 87° or 88°.
More working surface than the pocket kit: The Compact Edger provides a longer file and stones than the Pocket Edger and is therefore better suited for regular maintenance at home, while still being easy to bring along.
How to use the product
- Hold the ski brake out of the way with the included strap.
- Select 87° or 88°.
- Use the coarse stone for hardened steel and minor damage.
- Use the 80 mm file when the edge needs shaping.
- Finish with the diamond stone and use water during sharpening.
