Swix BPL is a thick liquid protective paraffin. Easily applied to the ski with the sponge on the bottle.

Leaves a hard protective layer of paraffin on the ski when the solvent has evaporated and the product has hardened. Excellent for ski storage!

When you are going to use the ski, lightly scrape and brush out thoroughly with a metal brush. Finish by polishing with a soft nylon brush.

This hard paraffin is a good base for race waxing and can also be used as a high-performance glide wax in certain conditions, especially in cold weather with coarse transformed icy snow crystals common in alpine environments.
