Sidecut Diamond Discs are rotatable diamond discs on flat aluminum plates for Sidecut Diamond Guides and the Trigger Clamp system.
Rotate the disc and use the entire diamond surface: A rectangular stone often develops a worn track. The disc can be rotated incrementally so that more of the diamond surface is actually used.
How to use the product
- Mount the disc in a compatible Sidecut Diamond Guide or file guide with Trigger Clamp.
- Use water or a suitable grinding fluid.
- Work along the edge with light pressure.
- Rotate the disc when part of the diamond surface starts to become worn.
- Clean and dry the disc after use.

- 120 grit - very coarse removal of damage and burrs.
- 200 grit - coarse restoration and sharpening.
- 400 grit - all-round sharpening and polishing.
- 600 grit - fine polishing.
- 1000 grit - extra-fine final finish.
- Flat precision-machined aluminum plate.
