Sidecut Diamond Disc replacement sheets are self-adhesive replacement surfaces for Sidecut’s reusable round aluminum plates.
The same disc gets a new working life: Simply replace the diamond surface when it is worn out. The aluminum plate and color coding can continue to be used.
How to use the product
- Peel off the worn diamond sheet.
- Clean the aluminum plate of adhesive and grinding residue.
- Carefully center the new round sheet.
- Press it down from the center outward.
- Let the adhesive bond before using the disc.
Features and specifications
- Variants: 120, 200, 400, 600 and 1000 grit.
- 120 grit - very coarse removal of damage and burrs.
- 200 grit - coarse restoration and sharpening.
- 400 grit - all-round sharpening and polishing.
- 600 grit - fine polishing.
- 1000 grit - extra fine final finish.
- Self-adhesive round diamond surface.
- Aluminum plate not included.
