SkiGo FFR Racing Grip Red +1 / -5 is a racing hardwax for all snow types around freezing and a few degrees below zero.
The reliable FFR choice when the temperature fluctuates: Red FFR covers the transition from above-freezing temperatures to colder winter conditions. It is especially useful when colder tins do not provide enough grip but yellow feels too soft.
How to use the product
- Lightly roughen the kick zone when building a new, durable base.
- Apply a thin base layer with SkiGo XC Base, X-Strong or Base Spray depending on how abrasive the snow is.
- Apply 4-6 thin, even layers of grip wax.
- Cork each layer smooth before applying the next layer.
- Test ski and adjust with an additional thin layer or a nearby FFR color.
