Product description
Red Creek Alpin Riller - coarse is an alpine structure tool with a coarse diagonal-cut pattern for wet, transformed, and artificial snow.
One step coarser than 2070: RC 2069 provides more pronounced water channels than the standard +15/-5 riller and is suitable when the snow has become coarser, wetter, or more artificial.
How to use the product
- Finish waxing, scraping, and brushing the glide surface before structuring.
- Let the tool’s plastic guide follow the steel edge.
- Make one even pass on one side of the ski and one opposing pass on the other side so that the open 50 mm riller covers the entire base.
- Use constant pressure. Below zero, use lighter pressure; in plus temperatures, the pattern can be applied deeper.
- Do not lift the tool mid-pass, and finish with fine nylon.
