Carrot Angle Bracket for Steel Edge Sharpening

Carrot Angle Guide for edge sharpener is a hand-polished stainless steel guide for a finished side edge of 86°, 87°, 88° or 89°.

Select the actual side edge angle directly: Here, 88° means the finished side edge will be 88°, i.e. approximately a 2° side bevel. A lower number gives a more aggressive and less forgiving edge.

How to use the product

1. Check the ski’s existing side edge angle before choosing a guide.
2. Mount the angle guide on a compatible Carrot edge sharpener.
3. Make sure the guide sits flat and clean against the base.
4. Sharpen with an even motion and remove as little material as possible.
5. Finish with a finer stone or diamond maintenance as needed.
