Swix PC Series – top finish with Nano Contact Technology

The Swix PC Series is an advanced top finish series developed for World Cup level, designed to provide maximum glide under varying snow conditions. Read more further down the page.

With Nano Contact Technology, a nanostructured surface is created that reduces friction by minimizing the contact area between the ski base and the snow – resulting in higher speed, better control, and longer glide.

The series consists of three high-performance powders, each optimized for specific conditions:

• PC25 – for dry and hard snow conditions (0–25% humidity)

• PC35 – for moderately dry, coarse-grained, and transformed snow types (20–35%)

• PC100 – for wet, coarse-grained, and transformed snow conditions (30–100%)

All PC powders are developed in collaboration with the Swix racing team and are used in the World Cup. They are easily applied by sprinkling the powder over the glide surface and melting it in with a high-quality waxing iron - for a durable, fast, and professional finish.
