Swix PC25 Powder Coarse and Dry Snow -4 / -20 20g

Swix PC25 Powder Coarse and Dry Snow -4 / -20 20g is a fluorine-free World Cup powder for race-oriented glide waxing of cross-country skis and alpine skis.

For old and hard snow in cold conditions: We choose PC25 when the snow is old, coarse or man-made and also dry. This is the wrong situation for the PF series' fresh-snow focus, even if the temperature is the same.

Suitable for

• Coarse-grained, old or man-made snow.
• Dry snow and low humidity, approximately 0-25%.
• Temperature range: -4 / -20 °C.

How to use the product

1. Distribute an even layer of powder over the glide surface. Use enough product to reduce the risk of overheating the ski base.
2. You may lightly tap the powder with the waxing iron so that it stays in place when you start heating it in.
3. Heat in with a waxing iron at 160 °C. One pass over a skate ski should take about 8-10 seconds unless otherwise stated on the packaging.
4. Let the ski cool to room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
5. First scrape out the groove and then the rest of the glide surface with a sharp plexi scraper.
6. Brush with a steel or bronze brush and finish with a fine nylon brush.
