Product description
Vola Base Medium base wax 80 g is a medium-hard base wax for glide preparation. It can be used as a stand-alone glide layer or as a base under another glide wax.
Base Medium is specially developed for use where both acceleration and glide at higher speeds are important. Vola recommends it, among other uses, for giant slalom and super-G. Adapt the subsequent waxing to the snow conditions and temperature.

How to use the wax
Clean and dry the glide surfaces. Melt in an even layer with a waxing iron at the temperature indicated on the packaging, and keep the iron moving. Let the wax cool for at least two hours. Scrape off the excess and brush out the base structure before skiing.

Waxing tip: Work carefully with cooling, scraping and brushing before applying the next layer. An evenly prepared base provides a better foundation for the subsequent waxing.
