Ordering from us is easy. Here we show you the entire process from product selection and shopping cart to payment, order confirmation, and delivery notification.

Order step by step

You can shop from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. The appearance may differ slightly, but the steps are the same.

Choose a product

Open the product you want to buy. Select any size, variant, or temperature, and then add the product to the shopping cart.

  • Check that you have selected the correct variant.
  • Select the desired quantity.
  • Click Add to cart.
  • Continue shopping if you want to add more products.

Check the shopping cart

Open the shopping cart via the cart icon. There you will see all products that you have added and the order's preliminary total amount.

  • Check products and variants.
  • Increase or decrease the quantity if needed.
  • Remove products that you do not want to order.
  • Proceed to checkout when everything is correct.

Fill in your details at checkout

Enter the contact and address details required for us to confirm and deliver the order.

  • Enter an email address that you use.
  • Fill in your name, phone number and delivery address.
  • Select one of the delivery options shown.
  • Select your preferred payment method.

Review and complete the purchase

Check one last time that the products, delivery address, shipping method and payment details are correct.

  • Read through the order summary.
  • Check the total amount and any discount.
  • Follow the instructions for the selected payment method.
  • Complete the order.

Your email address is used for order confirmation and information about the delivery. The phone number may be used for delivery notification or if we need to reach you.

Payment method

Choose one of the available payment methods and follow the instructions shown. Read more on the payment page if you want to compare the options.

Newsletter and offers are optional

You can complete the order without agreeing to marketing. Choosing to receive news and offers does not affect your purchase.

After the order has been completed

You will receive information via the email address you entered at checkout.

Once your order has been registered, an order confirmation will be sent. Please check that the products, delivery address and contact details are correct.

When the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will normally receive a delivery notification with information on how to track the shipment.

Do you need to purchase on invoice?

Municipalities, schools, Fritidsbanker and other public-sector organisations can order on invoice. The order can be placed by email or directly in the webshop.
