Swix Pro TS5 Black -10 / -18 40g

Swix Pro TS5 Black -10 / -18 40g is a black solid racing wax for dirty and transformed snow in the temperature range -10 / -18 °C.

Black cold wax for abrasive snow: TS5 Black is particularly interesting on cold man-made snow and dirty transformed snow. It is a racing wax we prefer over a regular cold wax when the surface is both hard and contaminated.

Suitable for

• Very cold conditions and dry snow.
• Dirty, hard, and abrasive natural or man-made snow.
• Cross-country skis, alpine skis, and snowboards.

How to use the wax

1. Set the waxing iron to 160 °C.
2. Melt the wax in evenly. One continuous pass over a skate or alpine ski should take about 8-10 seconds.
3. Let the ski cool to room temperature.
4. For better durability, the wax can be reheated after about 10 minutes of cooling.
5. Scrape with a sharp plexi scraper and brush out the base structure thoroughly.
