Racing glide wax Recommended at temperatures from -10 °C to -18 °C.
Directly comparable to high-fluorine wax. Excellent for dirty transformed snow such as artificial snow and therefore great for alpine skis.

TS5B is the hardest wax in the TSB series and is an excellent choice in cold, both for cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. It is a favorite among service personnel thanks to superior durability and good glide on dirty snow. This can be attributed to new additives that also help reduce friction on very cold snow. Although this is a wax for cold conditions, its melting point makes it easier to apply than many alternative waxes in this area, without compromising glide properties. The application with a waxing iron on a skate or alpine ski should take about 8–10 seconds. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Scrape after about a minute. It is important to have a good waxing iron to melt the wax effectively. TS5B can be used as a racing wax on its own or as a base wax for other racing products. Recommended temperature for the waxing iron: 160 °C.
