Swix Marathon Powder Black 40g is a hard, durable glide powder for ski marathons and longer race distances.
Larger black marathon powder: The larger 40-gram format is practical when several pairs need to be prepared for dirty and transformed long-distance race tracks. Black is chosen for the snow, not just for the temperature.
Suitable for
- Wet, dirty, and transformed snow.
- Ski marathons and longer race distances.
- Can be used on its own or as a durable base under a top coat.
How to use the product
- Distribute an even layer of powder over the glide surface.
- Iron it in with a waxing iron at 160 °C. One pass over the ski should take about 5-7 seconds.
- Let the ski cool thoroughly.
- Scrape the groove, edges, and glide surface with a sharp plexi scraper.
- Brush with a steel or bronze brush and finish with a blue or fine nylon brush.
