Swix Diamond Stone Pro Racing Alu is a 100 mm racing stone with an aluminum frame for the entire workflow, from damaged steel edges to a mirror-polished finish.
Build a clear grit progression: You do not need all five grits right away. 200 and 400 cover most needs, while 100, 600 and 1000 complement for damage repair, fine finishing and speed disciplines.
How to use the product
- Mount the stone in a precise file guide.
- Moisten the diamond surface with water.
- Start with the coarsest grit that is actually needed.
- Continue working step by step with finer grits.
- Finish with a few light passes from tip to tail.
- Clean the stone so that metal residue does not clog the diamond surface.

- 200 grit: coarse for shaping and damaged edges.
- 400 grit: medium for regular maintenance and fine polishing.

- 1000 grit: extra fine for a mirror-polished finish, especially in speed disciplines.
