Choose logo 1 or 2 as your first option. Logo 1 has a white border and works best when the background is dark, colored or contains an image. Logo 2 is suitable for white and very light backgrounds.
PNG is suitable for digital use, for example web, presentations and documents. EPS is a vector format for print and large format applications and can be scaled without the logo becoming pixelated.
No. Use the original file, keep the colors, and always scale proportionally. Also leave clear space around the logo so that it remains distinct.
