Vola Mini Blade Diamond uses a 600-grit diamond blade that follows the existing edge angle and provides a very smooth finish on ski and snowboard edges.
For maintenance - not for creating a new angle: The Mini Blade works on the edge tip and removes very little material. Diamond 600 is less aggressive than the ceramic version and is suitable for speed disciplines, juniors, and recreational skiers.
How to use the product
- Place the tool lightly against the existing steel edge.
- Pull the tool evenly toward you along the edge.
- Use minimal pressure - the blade should follow the angle on its own.
- Repeat only until burrs and irregularities are gone.
- Wipe the edge clean after use.
