Shred Hard-Ear Chin Guard is a steel chin guard for SHRED's hard-ear race helmets for slalom.
A hard-ear helmet requires the correct mounting: Hard-Ear and Soft-Ear use different attachment systems. Choose based on the helmet model - not just because the guard looks the same.
How to use the product
Check that the helmet is listed in the compatibility list.
Install the guard using the helmet’s designated screws and mounts.
Make sure the guard is centered and securely fitted.
Retighten and inspect the attachment after hard gate impacts.
