Glide wax for alpine skis

Liquid glide wax is easy to apply before a day on the slopes. Solid wax is ironed in with a waxing iron and normally provides longer durability and better protection.

Choose temperature and hardness

The finish matters a lot

After hot waxing, the wax should cool, be scraped off, and brushed out of the structure. Wax left sitting on top of the base slows the ski down instead of helping.
