Swix Base Repair Material Black consists of four black P-tex sticks for repairing deeper scratches and small holes in black ski bases.
Repair first, level afterwards: The drip itself is only the beginning. A good repair requires a clean damaged area, proper cooling, and careful leveling before Fibertex provides the final finish.
How to use the product
- Clean the damaged area and remove loose or burnt base material.
- Light or heat the P-tex stick and drip the material in a controlled way into the damage.
- Allow the repair to cool completely.
- Level the surface with a steel scraper or Panzer file.
- Finish with Fibertex and fresh base prep waxing.
