Sidecut World Cup guide for diamond discs is a dedicated precision guide for polishing the side edge with Sidecut's rotating diamond discs.
The file in one tool - the polishing in another: A separate Diamond Guide keeps grinding fluid and diamond dust away from the file guide and makes switching between coarse filing and fine polishing faster.
How to use the product
- Choose the guide according to the desired actual side edge angle.
- Mount a Sidecut Diamond Disc in the holder.
- Moisten the diamond with water or grinding fluid.
- Work from tip to tail with light pressure.
- Rotate the disc when part of the diamond surface begins to wear.
