TS6B is the second hardest wax in the TS series and is an excellent choice under typical winter conditions, both for cross-country skiing and alpine skiing. It is a favorite among service personnel due to superior durability and fantastic glide on dirty snow. This is achieved through new additives that also reduce friction on very cold snow. Despite being a wax for cold conditions, its melting point makes it easier to apply than many similar waxes in this area, without compromising glide properties. The application with a waxing iron on a skate or alpine ski should take about 8-10 seconds. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min) for better durability. Scrape after about one minute. It is important to have a good waxing iron for the wax to melt effectively. TS6B can be used as a racing wax on its own or as a base wax for other racing products. Recommended temperature of the waxing iron: 155 °C.
