For new fine-grained snow from -1 °C to -5 °C. Old/partially transformed snow from -3 °C to -8 °C. Blue-violet grip wax for normal winter conditions far below freezing. An obvious “next step” if you find that VP40 does not provide optimal grip. Each layer is applied thinly and then smoothed out with synthetic cork (T12).

VP waxes are primarily intended for competitive skiers and elite exercisers, but can also be used by recreational skiers who want that little extra for the best possible skis on the ski trip.
