Swix V40 Blue Extra is the classic favorite among cross-country skiers thanks to its perfect balance between grip and glide. Whether you are doing recreational skiing or competing, you get a secure grip with minimal hassle.

Swix V40 Blue Extra - The most popular of all V-waxes. Suitable for both new and old transformed snow. A wax with a very wide range of use in sub-zero temperatures. When used closer to zero degrees, dry new snow with low relative humidity (below 45-50%) is required.

This particular V40 Blue Extra is also widely used in competitive contexts. Either alone or as the first layer where Swix VP waxes are applied on top.
