Product description
Vauhti Race Violet liquid is a liquid glide wax for variable snow conditions, especially dirty man-made snow. It is applied without a waxing iron and brushed thoroughly after it has dried completely.
Violet has a wide range of use, but Vauhti especially highlights dirty man-made snow. This makes the snow type an important part of the choice even within the same temperature range.
The Race liquids are manufactured by first homogenizing solid raw materials and then processing them with organic solvents. The series combines hydrocarbons, zinc stearate and silicon wax.

- Especially for dirty man-made snow.
- Race waxing and demanding training without heating in the glide layer.
- Cross-country skis, alpine skis and snowboards.
Vauhti’s racing method
In its racing guide, Vauhti recommends a thick layer and three brushing steps for the Race liquids.
- Clean the glide surface with Clean & Glide and brush it before waxing.
- Shake the bottle. Press the applicator sponge lightly against the base so that the valve opens.
- Apply back and forth over the entire glide surface and lay down a thick layer.
- Allow the wax to dry completely.
- Brush thoroughly with a brass brush, then a horsehair brush, and finally a nylon brush.
