Product description
Replace the abrasive surface - not the entire stone: When the diamond is worn out, peel off the sheet and replace it. That saves both money and the aluminum plate.
How to use the product
- Remove the worn diamond sheet from a clean Sidecut backing plate.
- Clean adhesive residue and grinding debris from the plate.
- Center the new sheet before removing the protective film completely.
- Press the sheet on evenly without air pockets.
- Allow the adhesive to bond before using the stone with water or grinding fluid.
Features and specifications
- Dimensions: approx. 100 x 25 mm.
- Self-adhesive replacement sheets.
- Versions: 120, 200, 400, 600 and 1000 grit.
- 120 grit - extra coarse for larger burrs, rock damage, grinding marks and hardened areas of the steel edge. Used as a first step when the edge needs more work. Follow with finer stones for a smooth, polished finish.
- 200 grit - coarse for deburring, minor damage and restoring sharpness.
- 400 grit - all-round sharpening and initial polishing. A good choice for regular maintenance.
- 600 grit - extra-fine polishing to refine the edge surface.
- 1000 grit - ultra-fine final polishing for a very smooth, sharp edge.
- Backing plate not included.
