Swix EVO Pro Edge Tuner makes it easy to keep steel edges sharp, even and well polished for your next day on the slopes. This electric precision tuner for the side edges of alpine skis and snowboards is designed to set edge angles, restore sharpness and deliver a World Cup level finish.

If you ski often, train or prepare several pairs of skis, EVO Pro is a convenient tool for your tuning room. Its ergonomic shape, simple angle adjustment and quick disc changes make it easy to switch between sharpening and fine polishing.

Spring-loaded diamond disc for even grinding pressure

One of the machine's main strengths is its spring-loaded diamond disc. The spring regulates the disc's contact with the steel edge, making grinding pressure less dependent on how firmly you hold the machine. This helps you achieve an even result along the edge while preserving the ski's radius and the selected angle.

Guide the machine lightly along the ski and let the disc do the work. The design provides good control, including when you want to give the edge a light touch-up between training sessions or ski days.

A fine finish and lasting sharpness

Diamond grinding produces a smooth, sharp and durable edge, providing a good basis for confident grip on hard snow and ice. The included fine disc lets you maintain and polish an edge that already has the correct angle. To change the angle or treat damaged areas, choose a coarser disc and then finish with finer grinding.

The four discs let you use the same machine for everything from coarser work to final polishing.

All four are available as original grinding discs for Swix EVO Pro. Choose a disc based on the edge's condition and how much material needs to be removed.

How to work with EVO Pro

1. Secure the ski firmly and check that the sidewall has been cut back so the diamond disc has clear access to the steel edge.
2. Set the desired side-edge angle between 85° and 90° and choose the disc for the task. Unplug the machine before changing discs.
3. Guide the machine evenly along the side edge with a light touch. Keep it moving and let the spring-loaded disc regulate the grinding pressure.
4. Check the result between passes and finish with a fine or extra-fine disc for the finish you want.
5. Remove any remaining burrs or wire edges as the final step before skiing.

Add finishing and storage accessories

Swix World Cup Ceramic Edge Finisher is an excellent complement after machine sharpening. It helps remove the last burrs and give the edge a clean, sharp finish.

For storage and transport, there is a dedicated case for EVO Pro with a fitted foam insert for the machine and spare discs. The case is sold separately.
