That's how you shop

  1. Select a product and click Add to cart to add it to the shopping cart. In the same way, you can add more products to the shopping cart.
  2. When you have put the products you want in the shopping cart, click the shopping cart at the top right corner of the site.

In the shopping cart

  1. Check your order. Here you can easily change the content if you e.g. wish to remove a product or increase the quantity.
  2. Then click on To the checkout.

In the checkout

  1. Customer information. Enter email address for order confirmation and delivery notification, etc. Also indicate if you want to receive discounts and offers from us. We send out very rarely and it is easy to unsubscribe, we recommend that you check that box.
  2. Select delivery method and delivery location. First choose whether you want the package sent to you or whether you want to collect it from us in Timrå. Then fill in your address details. When you have filled in your address information, you will be able to choose between the different shipping methods we can offer to your address. Shipping methods may also vary depending on which goods you have purchased. Read more about shipping and delivery here. Choose an agent if you choose a shipping method where possible. Then proceed to Payment methods.
  3. Payment methods. In this step you choose the payment method, lis more about the different payment methods here. Read through and fill in the requested information. Then click on Pay now.

Thank you for your purchase! The order is now completed and an order will be created.

An order confirmation is sent to your email address as confirmation that the order has been received. When the order is sent from our warehouse, you will also receive a delivery notification via email with a link to a status page, where you can follow the progress of the delivery from our warehouse to your home.
