Product description
Vauhti Nylon Roto Brush 100 mm removes excess wax and polishes the glide surface ready for skiing. Use it after liquid glide wax has dried or as the final step after scraping and coarser brushing of solid wax. Machine-powered finishing is quick, especially when preparing several pairs of skis.
Nylon comes last in the brushing sequence. After using metal or horsehair, use nylon to remove the last wax dust and give the base an even finish.
How to use the nylon brush
- Let liquid wax dry completely. After hot waxing, let the ski cool and scrape off excess wax before brushing.
- Brush with metal or horsehair first when the wax requires it.
- Fit the nylon brush to the correct roto brush handle. Move it along the glide surface from tip to tail with light pressure, keeping it in motion.
Width: 100 mm. Fits the Vauhti roto brush handle 100 mm. It can also be combined with another 100 mm roller on the Vauhti combi handle 200 mm. Brush holder sold separately.
