First-class mail is delivered free of charge to your mailbox for purchases over 499 SEK, otherwise 49 SEK. MyPack Home offers home delivery, free of charge for purchases over 1999 SEK, otherwise 199 SEK, with the option to customize the delivery. Instabox Home also offers home delivery, free of charge for purchases over 1999 SEK, otherwise 79 SEK, with climate-compensated delivery.

    All shipments can be tracked via a link in the delivery confirmation.

    As a customer, you always have the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act, we have extended this to apply for 30 days. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the item. However, a condition is that the item is unused and undamaged. You have the right to open the packaging at no cost to check the item within reasonable limits, the item must not be used carelessly.
