Product description
Carrot #80 is used to establish or change the side-edge angle with the Carrot M31 edge sharpener. The black synthetic stone is suitable when the steel edge needs shaping to the angle set by the machine's angle bracket.
Once the angle is established, continue with #120 for regular edge maintenance or a finer stone for a race finish.
How to work with #80
Change the stone with the machine disconnected and set its position according to the manual. Work along the edge with light pressure and even movement. Check the result between passes and keep the machine's contact surfaces free from grinding dust.
