Vola Mini Blade Ceramic helps bring out a distinct bite in steel edges. The ceramic discs work on the very tip of the cutting edge, making this model particularly interesting for slalom and giant slalom, where clear edge grip is an important part of the feel through a turn.
Use it for the final finish after sharpening or to quickly refresh sharpness between runs. Its compact size makes Mini Blade convenient to keep close at hand in the tuning room, at training and at races.
Follows the ski's existing edge angle
The grinding discs' movable mounts let them automatically adapt to the ski's existing edge angle. You therefore do not need to set an angle on the tool. It works on the cutting edge itself, making Mini Blade a practical step after both manual and machine sharpening.
How to use Mini Blade
- Secure the ski on its side and place the tool lightly against the steel edge.
- Pull the tool evenly towards you along the edge. Use very light pressure so the discs can follow the angle themselves.
- Check the result and repeat with light strokes where needed.
- Wipe the edge and tool clean after use.

Order before 2:00 PM on a non-holiday weekday and we will ship your order the same day. Delivery normally takes 1–2 business days after the parcel has left our warehouse.
