Vola Base Graphite LM base wax 80 g (+15 to -8 °C)

Vola Base Graphite LM base wax 80 g is a graphite-based wax used as an antistatic base layer. It is part of Vola’s range of base waxes for glide preparation.

Choose Graphite LM when the wax preparation should include a dedicated graphite base. Apply it to clean glide surfaces, then scrape and brush thoroughly before continuing with the next layer.

Graphite is particularly relevant on abrasive, frozen, and heavily transformed snow. In fresh or falling snow, Vola recommends avoiding graphite.

How to use the wax

Clean and dry the glide surfaces. Melt in an even layer with a waxing iron at the temperature indicated on the packaging, and keep the iron moving. Let the wax cool for at least two hours. Scrape off the excess and brush out the base structure before skiing.
