Vola Mini Blade Diamond 600 makes it easy to refresh edge grip and keep the cutting edge clean and sharp. Its 600-grit diamond discs work on the very tip of the steel edge, making it suitable for regular maintenance, finishing after sharpening and quick touch-ups between runs.
Diamond 600 is a good choice for young skiers and speed disciplines. It provides a fine diamond finish, while Diamond 1000 is the option for an extra-fine final finish. The compact size makes it easy to take the tool to training and races.
Follows the ski's existing edge angle
The grinding discs' movable mounts let them automatically adapt to the ski's existing edge angle. You therefore do not need to set an angle on the tool. It works on the cutting edge itself, making Mini Blade a practical step after both manual and machine sharpening.
How to use Mini Blade
- Secure the ski on its side and place the tool lightly against the steel edge.
- Pull the tool evenly towards you along the edge. Use very light pressure so the discs can follow the angle themselves.
- Check the result and repeat with light strokes where needed.
- Wipe the edge and tool clean after use.
