Product description
Vauhti Nylon/Horsehair Roto Brush 140 mm combines brushing out and final polishing on one roller. Use the horsehair section first to remove wax residue from the structure, then finish with nylon for a clean, even glide surface. This makes brushing convenient when preparing several pairs and saves changing rollers between the two steps.
The total width is 140 mm, divided between the two materials. Move the brush sideways to bring the section you want to use into contact with the ski’s glide surface.
Horsehair first, nylon last
- After hot waxing, let the ski cool, scrape and carry out any initial metal brushing. Liquid glide wax must dry completely before brushing.
- Work with the horsehair section from tip to tail, using light pressure and keeping the brush moving.
- Switch to the nylon section and finish brushing until the loose wax residue is gone.
Material and width: horsehair and nylon on a 140 mm roller. Fits the Vauhti roto brush handle 140 mm, sold separately. The Vauhti steel/horsehair brush 140 mm is a useful complement when a metal brush is needed for the first brushing step.
